Return & Refund Policy

At BULKER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that our peanut butter reaches you in the best condition. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Products once opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@bulker.fit with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Attach photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product.
  3. Our team will review and arrange for a replacement or refund if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used jars
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items returned without proper proof of damage/defect
